Damages
In order for us to assist you with a concern based on a perceived defect, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect the product carefully. Take photos and message us so we can alleviate your concern within 7 days of receiving your package.


Exceptions  
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
There are no exchanges for shave serum purchases as we must maintain the integrity of the product. Should your package appear defective or damaged, please follow the above procedure.


Refunds
Once our team has received and inspected your defective or damaged return, we will respond to you with our findings.  If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that bank deposits are contingent on your bank's standard processing time.

 

 

Order Cancellations

Shopify charges processing fees for orders made to barberbond.com should you cancel your order and request a refund. You will be issued the full amount minus the Shopify fees. Should you make an error and need to make an adjustment to your order, please message our team prior to requesting a cancellation, so we can issue the appropriate adjustments and apply any adjustments in credits or debits once communicated appropriately.
